2024 ACURON FIND MORE BUSHELS PROGRAMOffer Requirements and Rules Syngenta Crop Protection, LLC (“Syngenta”) hereby offers Grower the following 2024 National Corn Yield Contest - Find More Bushels Program Offer (“Program”). Requirements: If Grower meets each of the below requirements, Grower is eligible for the award set forth below. Grower must opt in to the Program using the Syngenta Opt In form and submit the completed form to Syngenta on or before August 17, 2024. Grower must be either a published 1st, 2nd or 3rd place National Winner or 1st Place State Winner in the National Corn Growers Association (NCGA) 2024 National Corn Yield Contest (NCYC) ("Contest")”; and Grower must use Acuron® herbicide (purchased from an Authorized Syngenta Retailer) on the winning Contest plot and list it as an applied product in the Contest entry form. The Grower name and contact information in the winning entry must match the information that the Grower submitted to Syngenta in the Syngenta Opt In form. Syngenta will contact any Grower who meets the above requirements within 4 weeks of NCGA announcing NCYC winners with instructions for how to claim their award. Awards must be claimed within 2 weeks of Syngenta providing instructions. Award: If Grower meets each of the above requirements, Grower will be eligible for the following award (“Award”): Trip for two (2) (includes airfare, 1 hotel room for 3 nights, and $150 for meals) to the 2025 Commodity Classic Farm Show in Denver, Colorado, March 2-4, 2025 ($2,500 approximate value). The Award is not redeemable for cash. The Award is not transferable. Sign-up Gift: Eligible participants will receive one appreciation gift (“Gift”), while supplies last. The approximate retail value of the gift is $50.00. The gift is not redeemable for cash. The gift is not transferable. No gift substitutions, exchanges or cash equivalents will be permitted by the recipients. Definitions: For purposes of this Program: “Grower” means a corn grower that purchases Acuron herbicide from an Authorized Syngenta Retailer and participates in the Contest; “National Winner” means a first-, second- or third-place national winner in one of the Contest classes, as determined and announced by the NCGA; and “State Winners” means a first-place state winner in one of the Contest classes, as determined and announced by the NCGA. Additional Terms and Conditions: Syngenta reserves the right (1) to modify or discontinue this Program in its sole discretion at any time for any reason; (2) to request validation of purchase and proof of purchase for the respective Acuron herbicide used on the winning Contest plot; and (3) to substitute any Award with an Award of equal or greater value.
